The staff was exceptionally good. Very friendly and helpful. They made you feel special. The receptionist was extremely helpful and got us the room earlier, as soon as it was ready. 10/10 for cleanliness of the hotel. When we moved in the room we realised air-conditioning was not working. However, the hotel staff acted swiftly and shifted us to another room. The room was good size. It was comfortable in every way. Had all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as shopping centre (Arndale) and a cinema too if you are in a mood to watch movie. It's 25 minutes walk from Wilmslow road in case you're interested in middle eastern/indian/pakistani food. The overall standard of the hotel and exceptional service of the staff was second to none.

The staff was fine, especially the cleaners, they were nice and polite. Some staff at room order services are a bit grumpy, one time noone even answered me even the call was through, just lots of people talking loudly on the other end. However, that's understandable because of the pressure they face every day. The front desk staff is a varied experience, some was friendly and some look like they weren't expecting you to ask them about checking out, again that's ok too. Overall, still like the staff's effort under a stressful environment. The room was clean and wel-lit, in fact, so far the only 4 stars hotel I find that is bright enough for me to work. Toilet and bathroom were nice and clean, sanitary products were provided fully, even gave me toothbrushes when requested. Very accommodating.

The hotel was easy to access by car without having to navigate the city centre and with parking right next door (chargeable but decent rate). We were upgraded on arrival and the room was spotless, fantastic facilities and to my delight plenty of decaffeinated coffee in the room (which is rare). Breakfast has a fantastic selection (hot and cold) although my partner had a croissant which was very stale and inedible but all other pastries were delicious so may have just been pot luck. Staff were helpful and kind during the stay and made sure we were seated promptly for breakfast even though it was very busy when we arrived.

Room was immaculate. Bed was sooo comfy. Breakfast was lovely, as was lunch and dinner. All priced well too. Staff also sorted us with a taxi when we needed to get somewhere. Hotel was also decorated beautifully for Christmas. On the first night, I was feeling unwell with a chesty cold, and a member of your staff (Kelly) made me a pot of hot water with honey, lemon, cinnamon and brown sugar in - it was a true saviour! I felt so much better the next day that she made it again for me whilst I was having breakfast. It was such a kind, thoughtful gesture and Kelly really looked after us both. Thank you so much!

On arrival we were greeted warmly and sincerely, we checked in slightly early and the receptionist was able to find us a room at that time. The hotel, bar, room was immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable and equipped with lovely toiletries, robes, slippers, basically everything you could need. We used the bar, and again the staff were incredibly friendly. I would definately recommend - we were visiting my daughter at Uni who lives in Oxford Court so the location was perfect, just around the corner. Thank you for your hospitality - we will definately be returning!
